This information statement has been prepared to inform you about the scope, duration, and other matters that may affect you regarding the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

METHOD OF COLLECTION AND LEGAL BASIS FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA Your personal data is collected through various forms that you provide verbally through physical channels such as stores, dealers, etc., and/or electronically through channels such as the website, mobile application, call center, etc. and via the channel you contact us. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is based on your explicit consent and the legitimate interest of the Companies, in accordance with the legal reasons related to your explicit consent; and in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW We inform you that as a data subject, in accordance with Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights:
To learn whether your personal data has been processed or not,
To request information if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with this purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request notification of this correction to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within the scope of this correction,
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the relevant laws and other related legal regulations, and to request the notification of this deletion to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within the scope of this deletion,
To request compensation in case you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data,
To object to any outcome against you arising from the analysis of processed data solely through automated systems.
To exercise the rights mentioned above, you can submit your request, including your explanations regarding the right you want to exercise, with the necessary information identifying your identity, by filling out the form here and delivering the signed copy of the form in person to the "[official business address]" address with identity-confirming documents, or you can send it by notary or other methods specified in the Personal Data Protection Law.
